Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney

I hired Attorney Silva for a very serious criminal matter, knowing he was the best criminal attorney around. Attorney Silva was very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. Recommend 100%

Upon being charged with bogus allegations I decided to hire Mr. Silva as my lawyer. I can't tell you enough what a wise decision that was on my part. I would recommend Mr. Silva 100% to anyone needing legal defense. He took care of me every step of the way. I had complete faith in him from day one. H...e kept me informed through the entire process and helped me to stay calm. He also took the time to ensure that my wife was informed and eased her worries throughout the process. He did everything he said he would do and my case was dismissed. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Thank you again, Mr. Silva, for everything!

Amazing Lawyer and Person

I had seen Mr. Silva in court previous to my own case and He really showed passion but overall concern for his client (My best-friend). I was involved in an accident and given 7 different charges including a Felony hit and run. The events were nothing like the officer at the scene had painted and tha...nks to Mr Silva who not only defended me but did so while I was away ( I live In MA) , I was only given fines. He was very understanding about my economic situation and worked a plan with me that allowed the already horrible situation go a lot smoother. Mr. Silva is very professional and will go the extra mile to seek justice for you. Having him represent Me is one thing I will never regret.

Excellent Representative

Mr. Silva met with my husband and me on a Saturday morning, and by Wednesday he called to tell me my case had been dismissed in my favor. Due to the delicate nature of the case, I had specific requests that he fully understood, and, had it been necessary, he explained how he could go about fulfillin...g those requests. It turned out he didn't need to, but he was prepared! I am extremely grateful to Mr. Silva, and should I ever require representation again, I will definitely be calling him.

An amazing attorney!
