The Man for the Job

I was previously represented by another attorney and I felt the entire time he was pointing me toward the least amount of work on his end possible. Mr. Silva was found by my family through research, and I can wholeheartedly say it was well worth the switch. The entire time Mr. Silva was up front ab...out everything and he went into my case saying he wanted to win the case, being honest and professional about every possible contingency. Everywhere I searched he was well regarded and he did what was said would never get done in Onslow County. All in all, I would recommend his representation through sheer experience and professionalism alone.

Professional Criminal Lawyer

It gives me great pleasure to write a review today for Matthew Silva's law firm. I highly recommend this law firm without hesitation! If you are looking for a top notch highly successful professional criminal lawyer to represent you, look no further. I hired Matthew Silva's law firm to represent me ...after receiving numerous felony charges. This was my first time in the criminal justice arena and I was totally clueless. My sister asked me if it would be alright for her to step in and help me find a successful criminal lawyer. I said yes please help me find the best criminal lawyer you can. My sister immediately started making calls to various criminal law firms, and one of the calls was to one of the best criminal lawyers one could hire in Craven County. However, they informed my sister that they could not help me because the case was in another county that they did not represent. Although when my sister asked for a criminal lawyer just a successful as the best in town. They immediately informed my sister to give Matthew Silva’s law office a call, they gave him raving reviews for any criminal representation within Duplin, Jones, Onslow and Sampson counties. I am so thankful my sister jumped right in to help me find the best criminal lawyer available. I cannot say enough about Matthew Silva and his staff. Mr. Silva went above and beyond the call of duty. ALL charges DISMISSED!!!

If you are in trouble Matt Silva is the attorney to hire. I met with Mr. Silva after firing my previous attorney. His office got me in same day for free consultation. I had read ALL the amazing reviews Mr. Silva had, but was still skeptical because of what I had just went through with my previous pai...d attorney. Mr. Silva was very honest about what my chances were in winning each case. He explained the best and worst case scenario. His fees were more expensive than most, but you get what you pay for. I was charged with DWI, wreck less driving, 2nd degree trespassing, and drug paraphernalia. If convicted this would have permanently impacted mine and my families lives. The anxiety I felt was overwhelming at times. I had to put my faith in Mr. Silva. As of today ALL charges have been dismissed. Not 1 or 2 or even 3. Every single one is gone. Danielle and front office staff have also been so patient and kind. Never once did they make me feel like I was a burden when I would call asking question after question. I live out of state and they made sure to update me on court happenings ect. I always knew if I had to drive down to appear at least 2 weeks in advance. Which was great so I could plan accordingly with my husband for my children. If you are in any criminal trouble please call Attorney Silva. Especially if you are charged with DWI for prescribed medication. Not every attorney is well versed in this matter. Even if they lead you to believe so. I learned the hard way.... This man saved my life and I bet he could do the same for you. He is the BEST Onslow county has to offer for legal representation.

Exceeded my expectations

I was charged with Felony Fleeing to Elude. Reckless driving to endanger. Speeding 140 in a 55. And many other things that would have had a much larger impact on my life if it weren’t for Mr Silva. I went into his office and he told me that I would not come out of this as a convicted felon. And he wo...uld do his best for me. AND HE DID. I only had to show up to court one time. And my case was completed in a month. With the felony dropped to a misdemeanor. Reckless driving was dropped. And the speeding was dropped to 100 in a 55. Along with a few other charges being dismissed. I couldn’t have asked for a better man for the job, and I cannot thank mr Silva enough.

LIFE SAVER!!!

I found myself facing some legal trouble that would have impacted my career and my family! I didn't know what to do or where to go. I went to several attorneys inquiring for help.. all seemed to give me the same advice and didn't leave me with much hope they could nor wanted to help. Thankfully my l...ast phone call was to Mr.Silva and his wonderful law firm. The same day I called his staff set me up with an appointment within hours. Mr.Silva was like none of the other attorneys he didn't sugar coat anything, but he also had a game plan and when I left his office I felt like there was hope. Throughout my whole legal process Mr.Silva and his staff kept me informed and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Mr.Silva fought hard for me and to my surprise surpassed my expectations in the court room. Mr.Silva had my charge completely dismissed. I can not thank Mr.Silva and his law firm enough for all their hard work and dedication to me and my family!! He saved my career and my family!!
