All Charges Dismissed

I was charged with failure to yield, an improper turn etc. and rightfully so. I intended to mail in my check to the court, be convicted but not have to disrupt my life further by taking off work to appear in court. Before I could do so, many law firms reached out by mail encouraging me to be represe...nted. I consulted with friends to learn whether they could recommend any of these law firms. About a week later Mr. Silva's firm sent me a letter describing his experience, cost and expectation for a positive result. His charge was less than what the ticket suggested plus I did not have to appear. My insurance company did their part by making the innocent victims relatively whole. With a minimum of effort on my part, Mr. Silva's legal firm arranged to have the charges against me dropped. I am profoundly grateful!

Fantastic Service!

Mr. Silva took my concerns about a traffic citation seriously, understood the circumstances, and had it reduced to an equipment violation. I cannot express how pleased I am with the responsiveness and service that was provided me. I know in the grand scheme of things my case was extremely minor BUT i...t was a MAJOR CASE to ME. FAST AND FURIOUS REPRESENTATION!!!!

Reached out to Mr. Silva about clearing up an old ticket ( over a decade ago) and he got it reduced and paid off within 48 hours after obtaining him! Feels awesome having this burden lifted off of my plate for so long! Wish I contacted him years ago to represent me on my behalf!

Full Dismissal

Attorney Matthew Silva was able to have several traffic-related charges dismissed by the pertaining prosecutor. He maintained a professional dialogue with me and attended all of my hearings on my behalf. He maintained my wishes at all times, and ultimately succeeded in my defense.
