AMAZING LAWYER!

Matt literally saved my butt as my pen was hitting the paper! Having previously decided against a lawyer, having never had one before and being un educated, I thought that with how short of notice I was giving them that price would be out the roof. That being said, I decided to bite the bullet and t...ake whatever was coming my way (which would have resulted in outrageous points on my license, extreme increase in insurance and if I was not able to pay the 600$ in fees the day of- a suspended license. And all of this because I forgot to go to traffic school! I know Matt from him and his colleagues coming into my restaurant for lunch some days, so I was familiar with him and the type of work he does. I literally was about to sign my name for a payment plan of fees after my court date, HOPING I could get it paid off before my license revocation arrived. Matt pops up behind me, tells me not to sign it, we talk briefly, and he takes on my case. With a continuance (which also allowed me to gain the funds in whole), Matt got EVERYTHING taken care of. No points on my poor little license, no increase in insurance, no suspension (which would have increased my insurance AGAIN), and all my worries completely out the window. His secretary Melissa is awesome in answering questions and helping however she can and helped make this process painless. I would suggest Matt Silva to anyone looking for a lawyer in the area. He really did save my butt and made the process entirely painless. Thank you Matt!!!

Matthew is the one for any difficult legal needs.

Don't need a lawyer at present but if I find myself in another situation I know who to call. Matthew is the best at what he does and very compassionate to his clients as well. He will go out of his way to be helpful in any way he can. So Please if you find your self in a bad situation, where you n...eed a great lawyer call Matthew and tell him Donna sent you. Changed my life!

After contacting numerous attorneys regarding my license I lost 10 years ago with no luck. I contacted Mr. Silva, he was very attentive and knowledgeable in handling my legal issuses. Highly recommended

I hired Mr. Silva in 2012 for DUI charges. He was very easy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not recommend anyone else for this type of case. I was very happy with the service he provided.

THANK YOU!!!

I was in Jacksonville North Carolina one year ago. I was traveling to visit friends and drove from NY to NC on a short period of time. I pulled into a driveway after hanging with my friend to put directions in my phone and next thing I know a random woman pulled-in behind me speaking on the phone ...to someone, long behold it was the sheriff department. I had no idea what was going on, the police officer proceeded with DUI/DWI procedures with me and I was not happy with it at all. I have been pulled over before, at least not while I am not driving the vehicle or in the vehicle, I had out-of-state license plates and not aware of my surrounding, so because I refused the Alcohol Breath Test he arrested me. I was so confused and needed some help on what just happened and what was I going to do from this point. I returned to NY in the next few days and like most, I received lots mail from other Attorneys mailing me asking to represent me. I called many of them in that town, they did not have a set price and some did not make feel confident as if they would have my best interest at heart. I finally spoke with Mr. Silva’s office which he made me feel like my situation was unique and he wanted to represent me and offered me a set price for my case not a penny more. I chose him base on his knowledge, years of experience as prosecutor and he was very up front and was willing to talk to me about the case for while without charging me for anything. I had a long hard year of this case, but I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Mr. Silva has been nothing short of amazing, professional throughout the whole process, his legal teams are the best; I was always greeted with a wonderful greeting on the phone and great service by Amber and his staff. I would highly recommend Mr. Silva. Thank you!
