Amazing Lawyer and Person

I had seen Mr. Silva in court previous to my own case and He really showed passion but overall concern for his client (My best-friend). I was involved in an accident and given 7 different charges including a Felony hit and run. The events were nothing like the officer at the scene had painted and tha...nks to Mr Silva who not only defended me but did so while I was away ( I live In MA) , I was only given fines. He was very understanding about my economic situation and worked a plan with me that allowed the already horrible situation go a lot smoother. Mr. Silva is very professional and will go the extra mile to seek justice for you. Having him represent Me is one thing I will never regret.

BEST DWI ATTORNEY!!!

I was involved in a hit and run accident. The accident was not my fault at all but I did get charged with a DWI. I had went to one attorney who had wanted me to plea guilty. I had passed every single field sobriety test that the officer had given me and it was stated that I was not at fault in the ac...cident on the police report. So I felt like there was no need for me to plea guilty of a DWI. Which I am so glad that I didn't because Attorney Matthew Silva was able to get my case dismissed entirely. He did an awesome job. He came prepared and was very knowledgeable.

He saved my career

I was charged with a DUI and talked to a bunch of lawyers. I ended up hiring a lawyer that my friend used ....but he was guilty. It seemed like that attorney didn't really know what was going on in my case or was nervous or something. As we were running out of time, I decided to do my own research... and see if I could get a second attorney to help. That is when I met Mr. Silva. Mr. Silva said I had a tough road ahead and it was probably not going to end well, but that he would do his best to win. I just needed someone to fight to save me from the DuI. I done wrong but I was going to lose my entire career (15 years) if I didn't win. Basically, I thought I was ok to drive and then I found out I wasn't because I got into a car accident and the officer made me blow. Mr. Silva told me to take responsibility for the ticket and he would handle the DUI. After he was done, the judge threw out the case! I will tell everyone about Mr. Silva.

Client

I was charged with a very serious crime which required a mandatory prison sentence. After speaking with other attorneys things seemed hopeless. I didn't just want an attorney to take my case but I wanted a attorney who would fight for my freedom as if it was theirs. After accidentally speaking with M...r. Silva I was sure he was the one. He made no promises other than he would give his best. After numerous court dates even a lengthy trial. I can say it was the best decision I ever made, or I wouldn't be writing this review. He's the best

Best Lawyer Ever!!

From the first time we met with him to the last phone call today when case was resolved, we knew we were in good hands! We keep thanking our lucky stars that we found him and that he turned out to be so incredible. He was knowledgeable and skilled beyond our expectations, thorough, organized, patient..., intelligent, compassionate and brought to the table his years of experience that enabled us to make solid decisions as we went along. Judging from our "better than expected" outcome today we would, hands down, recommend Matt Silva for any legal needs, especially ones that carry the potential for charges resulting in severe penalties or jail.
