Look No Further!

I live out of state and was charged with serious crimes while working in NC. Facing a criminal case is daunting enough, but to try to manage it from thousands of miles away is simply terrifying. Mr. Silva took my case, handled every single detail for me, worked his magic and successfully got every ...single charge dismissed! I cannot recommend Mr. Silva's services enough. Knowing you have someone knowledgeable, skilled and, most importantly, truly concerned with the outcome of your personal case is priceless! Thank you for all of your hard work!

He is the attorney you want by your side in court!

Wow, I dont know where to start. I am not one to usually write and leave reviews but the least I can do for this man is leave a great one! A few months ago I got myself into some trouble and was facing a charge that could have made it hard for me to get my nursing liscense. I read online about numero...us lawyers and when I found Mr. Silva, that second, I knew he was the one for me! I had never been in trouble before in my life and was always a straight A student and was worried how he would look at me for my mistake. When I contacted his office the girl on the phone was BEYOND nice and helpful, Mr. Silva actually met with us after office hours on a weekend before a holiday. When I finally met him I couldn't stop thinking how thankful I was for him to be my attorney. When I had lost all hope in everything else I did have hope in him. He was so professional, intelligent, and confident. I had a tricky case but he had a good and was not going to give up on me. I left his office feeling relieved for the first time since this has happened. To sum things up, I went to court once and later that evening received a phone call from Matt saying he got my case dismissed!!!! Wow I was speechless! He truly is amazing, has changed my life, I will always remember him and be great full for the hard work and dedication he showed me. If anyone is reading this wondering wether he is the attorney you are going to hire, please do me a favor and hire him! It was the best decision I've ever made. I had no idea what a lawyer would cost and to be honest I imagined them being triple what he actually was. His team is very willing to work with you and accept an easy month payment. In my opinion he was worth much much more than what he charged!! I hope this review can help others like the ones I read about him have helped me. One thing I can assure you about this man is that he is THE absolute best and you WON'T want any other attorney handling your case!! May God bless you Mr.Silva and your office for all your help!

Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney

I hired Attorney Silva for a very serious criminal matter, knowing he was the best criminal attorney around. Attorney Silva was very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and kind. Recommend 100%

Upon being charged with bogus allegations I decided to hire Mr. Silva as my lawyer. I can't tell you enough what a wise decision that was on my part. I would recommend Mr. Silva 100% to anyone needing legal defense. He took care of me every step of the way. I had complete faith in him from day one. H...e kept me informed through the entire process and helped me to stay calm. He also took the time to ensure that my wife was informed and eased her worries throughout the process. Superior Performance

While facing a situation, my fear was almost crippling. Matt calmly explained the everything and laid out our plan. I was instantly relieved, as what seemed like a dire situation was now manageable. His "bedside manner" turned the tide, and got me thinking and acting correctly. I can't put a price on... the mental relief and strength he provided. Don't hesitate, this is the advocate for you!
