Irresolute Commitment

Mr Silva represents loyalty to his clients. I was acquitted by a jury for DWI in a case spanning nearly six years - a deserving outcome that never could have happened without Silva and his staff battling a system so obviously and erroneously stacked against anyone charged with DWI. His dedication thr...oughout the process was unyielding. My opinion of Silva's character includes honor, respect, and brilliance. He wins by articulating the law - not through intimidation. He is polished and mannerly to a jury and creative in his arguments. Towards the prosecution, Silva is diplomatic yet cautious, never leaving his credibility subject to scrutiny by a juror. Above all, he's affordable. Silva never once added costs- he just stayed the course. An impeccable attorney who projects success.

Very Grateful for Matt Silva!

I was very recently found not guilty of two duplicate charges. The charges would have been detrimental to my career. I have grown up, worked around (Not In) and supported law enforcement my entire life. The reason I hired Mr. Silva is because I was charged, in my opinion, erroneously, via a warran...t issued from the Magistrate in Onslow county NC. I had no recourse and no other options but to hire an attorney. I didn't shop around but I did ask around. I felt from the beginning that Mr. Silva was the best choice. During the consultation I quickly became confident that he was the one I needed to fight for me. I am convinced, now that it's over, that I would not have stood a chance without his guidance, direction and ultimately his knowledge and expertise. Mr. Silva is a fair and balanced man that is courteous and professional on all levels. He displayed this time and time again throughout the entire process. Not Guilty and so much more!

Most are willing to tolerate a certain level of conflict in order to reach the outcome of choice; however, Mr. Silva and his associates deliver the highest level of legal proficiency and professional conduct. I was arrested in April 2015 for DWI and went to trial in November 2015. Leading up to trial..., Mr. Silva and his staff kept me and my wife up to date on all court proceedings and trial preparations. As a law school graduate myself, I have a certain level of familiarity with the process that my wife does not. In my mind, Mr. Silva set himself apart from all his contemporaries during his interactions with my wife, who was both a corroborating and character witness in my case. She had extreme anxiety about testifying. Mr. Silva treated her with a delicate and courteous demeanor that alleviated her anxiety while encouraging her confidence. During trial, Mr. Silva demonstrated a commanding knowledge of the pertinent case law and zealously advocated for our side. I would unequivocally recommend Mr. Silva and his associates to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Swift Justice, Highly Recommended!

I was charged with a high level misdemeanor and found Mr. Silva through a recommendation. What a recommendation it was! He immediately began working on my case and kept me up to date with the information that was found. He's extremely friendly and can break things down for those not so savvy with the... law.
