Straight forward and professional. Amazing staff

I hired Mr Silva for a DWI case. From the beginning, he was very transparent about my situation and exactly what he couldn’t offer. His legwork and experience as a prior prosecutor allowed us to make time sensitive decisions and get the best outcome I could have hoped for. Kayla and Hannah have ...been amazing. Long after the case was settled, they have gone above and beyond in helping me get my driving privileges back, even with the courts moving at COVID speed. Would absolutely recommend .

I hired Matthew Silva's law firm to represent me ...after receiving numerous felony charges. This was my first time in the criminal justice arena and I was totally clueless. My sister asked me if it would be alright for her to step in and help me find a successful criminal lawyer. I said yes please help me find the best criminal lawyer you can. My sister immediately started making calls to various criminal law firms, and one of the calls was to one of the best criminal lawyers one could hire in Craven County. However, they informed my sister that they could not help me because the case was in another county that they did not represent. excellent attorney and staff

Recently had a speeding ticket (91/70) in Jones County NC - I have a VA license. Mr. Silva was able to represent me in court and reduce the offense to an improper equipment charge. Therefore I received no points on my license or insurance. Staff (Hannah and Kayla) were knowledgeable and extremely f...riendly to work with. We definitely recommend this firm!!

My Hero

I ran a red light and just missed hitting a Police car!!! Matt Silver got it reduced to a non-moving violation. Definitely "My Hero."
