Life saver

Mr. Silva took the extra time to ensure that I received the best plea deal possible. I was facing 10 years and ended up with a 2 years of probation. I now have a future with my daughter and fiancé. Silva was the the best attorney I could have imagined.

It is incredibly difficult to minimize mandatory active sentences, but because of your hard work turning your life around, we were able to do it. I wish you the best with your future husband! Didn't give up

I hired Me Silva to represent me in a DWI case in Onslow Co. I had wrecked my motorcycle a block from my house. The police came to my house 1 1/2 hours after the wreck, as I was making calls to have the bike moved and myself taken to the hospital. I had a couple of beers in my own home during that ti...me, but they gave me a breath test anyway - in my own kitchen! I only blew a .07 then a .08.. but that was from two beers after the wreck - I was charged and arrested anyway. I hired Mr. Silva and he was very professional and very informative. I had moved back to Charlotte, so I have been 5 hours away from Jacksonville. Mr. Silva handled things for me and I didn't have to make the drive except one time. When we did not get the ruling we wanted in district court, Mr. Silva appealed my case to superior. Even though the case had dragged out over a year, he was still always diligent and available for any questions I had. Then today, he brokered a good plea bargain for me - again without me having to be there. This was very helpful, as I have my father's funeral to attend on Friday. Instead of a damaging DWI, I plead to the lower wreckless driving charge. Now, I can go to the DMV and have my license returned since that charge was dismissed today. It's my birthday today, and that news this morning was the best gift I could have received, hands down. I highly recommend him - and his office staff are always friendly and helpful. The Best

Got a serious Dui charge!! Charged with a .13 with kids in the car. Not good. Was looking at a minimum of 30 days in jail and lose of lisenece for a year. Mr silva made something happen that day in court that most lawyers wish they could do. I walked out of there with only 24 hrs community service an...d I am able to have a privilege licsence for a year , instead of loosing it totally for a year. I was shocked , my wife was shocked of how he worked the court house. He is truly great at what he does, and it was worth every penny!!No need to get a 2nd opinion, he will make it happen!

Attorney Matt Silva is the absolute best DWI Lawyer in Jacksonville, NC

Approximately 15 months ago I was involved in a motorcycle collision. That night I was charged with DWI, hit and run and reckless driving. All very serious charges to defend. Clearly, I needed the very best attorney available in Onslow County, North Carolina. Seriously injured and in a great deal... of pain we began searching immediately. Very Grateful for Matt Silva!

I was very recently found not guilty of two duplicate charges. The charges would have been detrimental to my career. I have grown up, worked around (Not In) and supported law enforcement my entire life. The reason I hired Mr. Silva is because I was charged, in my opinion, erroneously, via a warran...t issued from the Magistrate in Onslow county NC. I had no recourse and no other options but to hire an attorney. I didn't shop around but I did ask around. I felt from the beginning that Mr. Silva was the best choice. During the consultation I quickly became confident that he was the one I needed to fight for me. I am convinced, now that it's over, that I would not have stood a chance without his guidance, direction and ultimately his knowledge and expertise.
