Best Attorney In NC

After earing my Bachelor & Master degrees, I was faced with a serious hurdle - my felony conviction from 10 years prior. After contacting numerous lawyers in the area who were either unwilling or unable to provide any help, I finally found Mr. Silva. Mr. Silva's credentials were impeccable and as a... result, I hired him after our consultation. The best part of my experience with Mr. Silva was his professionalism and customer service AFTER being retained. In my particular case, the legal process would take roughly 3 years. During the course of this process, Mr. Silva was always a phone call away. Messages were always met with timely responses. Meetings were scheduled and kept. Plans which were developed together were acted upon. Updates were in real time. This emphasis on his clients is what separates Mr. Silva from the rest of the pack. Mr. Silva reviewed the case, found several legal discrepancies, was then able to have the case reopened, my felony conviction was overturned, and now my record is being expunged. He is the attorney you want by your side in court!

Wow, I dont know where to start. I am not one to usually write and leave reviews but the least I can do for this man is leave a great one! A few months ago I got myself into some trouble and was facing a charge that could have made it hard for me to get my nursing liscense. I read online about numero...us lawyers and when I found Mr. Silva, that second, I knew he was the one for me! I had never been in trouble before in my life and was always a straight A student and was worried how he would look at me for my mistake. When I contacted his office the girl on the phone was BEYOND nice and helpful, Mr. Silva actually met with us after office hours on a weekend before a holiday. When I finally met him I couldn't stop thinking how thankful I was for him to be my attorney. When I had lost all hope in everything else I did have hope in him. He was so professional, intelligent, and confident. I had a tricky case but he had a good and was not going to give up on me. I left his office feeling relieved for the first time since this has happened. To sum things up, I went to court once and later that evening received a phone call from Matt saying he got my case dismissed!!!! Wow I was speechless! He truly is amazing, has changed my life, I will always remember him and be great full for the hard work and dedication he showed me. If anyone is reading this wondering wether he is the attorney you are going to hire, please do me a favor and hire him! It was the best decision I've ever made. I had no idea what a lawyer would cost and to be honest I imagined them being triple what he actually was. His team is very willing to work with you and accept an easy month payment. In my opinion he was worth much much more than what he charged!! I hope this review can help others like the ones I read about him have helped me. Superior Performance

While facing a situation, my fear was almost crippling. Matt calmly explained the everything and laid out our plan. I was instantly relieved, as what seemed like a dire situation was now manageable. His "bedside manner" turned the tide, and got me thinking and acting correctly. I can't put a price on... the mental relief and strength he provided. Don't hesitate, this is the advocate for you!

BEST DWI ATTORNEY!!!

I was involved in a hit and run accident. The accident was not my fault at all but I did get charged with a DWI. I had went to one attorney who had wanted me to plea guilty. I had passed every single field sobriety test that the officer had given me and it was stated that I was not at fault in the ac...cident on the police report. So I felt like there was no need for me to plea guilty of a DWI. Which I am so glad that I didn't because Attorney Matthew Silva was able to get my case dismissed entirely. He did an awesome job. He came prepared and was very knowledgeable.
