He saved my career

I was charged with a DUI and talked to a bunch of lawyers. I ended up hiring a lawyer that my friend used ....but he was guilty. It seemed like that attorney didn't really know what was going on in my case or was nervous or something. As we were running out of time, I decided to do my own research... and see if I could get a second attorney to help. That is when I met Mr. Silva. Mr. Silva said I had a tough road ahead and it was probably not going to end well, but that he would do his best to win. I just needed someone to fight to save me from the DuI. I done wrong but I was going to lose my entire career (15 years) if I didn't win. Basically, I thought I was ok to drive and then I found out I wasn't because I got into a car accident and the officer made me blow. Mr. Silva told me to take responsibility for the ticket and he would handle the DUI. After he was done, the judge threw out the case! I will tell everyone about Mr. Silva.

The Man, The Myth, The Silva

Mathew Vernon Silva is by far the best attorney to ever have on this planet. The man takes care of you. Makes sure you are understanding of the actions he is going to take before, during, and after everything is all said and done with. He is extremely professional. My experience with Mr. Silva as my... legal representative was outstanding. He broke down everything to me that I could understand. When we took trial he had me well prepared to everything the D.A. was going to try to use against me. We won the case and I busted out into tears. The man single handedly helped me salvage my life back into control and made sure my military career was saved with a honorable discharge. I EXTREMELY recommend his legal representation for DWI's and any other legal issues. He's a go getter and takes your matters very seriously and is flat out incredible. He is flat out a good dude and takes his job to new professional heights.

Best Attorney EVER!!!!

I was in a world of legal woes from DWLR, all the way to 2 DUI's, probabtion, probation violations.. the works. I was facing over a year in jail... Now thanks to the greatest attorney to ever walk to the face of this earth, I am a FREE man. No jail time, off of probation and moving on with my life. I... had two attorneys that I worked with on the DUI's both of which encouraged me to plead guilty; ( I fired them) I was not about to do that, and thank God I didn't! Mr. Silva was professional, kept me in the loop and did exactly what I needed him to do. He is not one of those attorneys that you can never get a hold of or, who will never call you back. He was always available to speak with me. He gave me facts and options. He went to court for me with a plan, a back up plan and a back up plan, for his back up plan. There are not enough stars to give this man!!! If you ever find yourself in a position like mine, Please, save your time and money use Mr. Silva!!! Mattew Silva is a great lawyer

I hired Mr. Silva to represent me in Jacksonville, NC one year and seven months ago. I was charged with second offense DWI and first offense DWLR. I was facing fairly serious charges with serious consequences so I knew I had to hire the best lawyer I could. I talked to Mr. Silva in person shortly af...ter I called his office. After reviewing my file he informed me that will try his best to win this case. Mr. Silvia's prior background in procecuting cases makes him a great defense lawyer. My case lasted a year and seven months and I only had to appear one time. This was a huge benefit since I am a marine. Mr. Silva was able to get both of my charges dropped completely.

Highly recommended

I hired Mr. Silva in 2012 for DUI charges. He was very easy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not recommend anyone else for this type of case. I was very happy with the service he provided.
