Misdemeanor Larceny Charge

Mr. Silva defended me in a Misdemeanor Larceny case involving Walmart. I refused to plead guilty to something I didn't do and he understood that. Once we were able to view the surveillance tapes in his office he assured me we had a good case. In court he asked all the right questions of the Loss Prot...ection associate from Walmart to create plenty of doubt about the validity of his charges. NOT GUILTY are the sweetest words I've ever heard. Thank you so very much for your belief in me!

Lawyer of the year 2018

Matt Silva has went above and beyond all expectations and not only got me 2 of the best plea deals I could possibly get. He also handles these cases with promise, that everything will be handled in a professional manor. He's never scrambling at last minute or putting you in a situation that you don'...t know what your supposed to do. Great communication and easy to talk to/ receive help. OUTSTANDING!!!

Mr. Silva represented my husband in two outstanding failure to appears for driving on a revoked license and was able to handle this without my husband even going to court. It was wrapped up quickly. I recommend his services to anyone needing representation for anything outstanding traffic related or... anything else. My case 2-22-18

DWI Refusal. Mr. Silva saved my career
