My son received a speeding ticket while we were in the Carolina's on vacation. We were all distraught over this "first ticket" and it being out of state, not knowing who to call or what to do. Not knowing my options, I started making phone calls and became quickly discouraged when phone call after phone call went to a full voicemail or a busy secretary who told me that he o...r she would take my information and call me back later. I was pleasantly surprised when Dustin himself answered the phone and told me exactly what my options were with no pressure on which path I should take. After my decision was made, Dustin was very easy to get in contact with for any questions that I had. Also, my schedule is busy and not at all flexible, so one of the things that I am most grateful for is that I did not have to make an appearance in court.
