My experience with Mr. Marshall can only be described as an exercise in frustration. In my view, he repeatedly bowed to my former spouses whims, their lawyer's bully-ness and consistently failed to protect me and my kids. On the plus side (big plus), Jeff did get me primary custody. This should h...ave been very easy since my former partner abandoned them. However, he failed miserably in getting me the child support owed for 3+ years. He repeatedly avoided trial, getting court dates only after I pushed VERY hard. His 'advice' for out-of-state law was horrible, mis-leading and false. Save yourself the headaches and find another lawyer.
