A miracle

I am so thankful to have hired Mr. Woody White. I would recommend him to anyone and I know he is my lawyer for life now. In the beginning of the court process, Mr. White was very comforting and reassuring. He gave both me and my family advice on what steps to take before trial for not only a bett...er outcome in court, but also for my wellbeing. He stressed that my wellbeing was more important than my charge and that he would take care of the legal issues. He asked me for updates on how I was doing and told me to call him if I needed help or anything. Feeling like I had someone on my side, was a great help to me in this very low point in my life. I do think if any other lawyer had seen my case, he/she would have just went for a guilty plea. On the day of my trial, the 3 other people charged with the same crime as me pleased guilty with their lawyers. If you had seen my case, you would definitely say I was guilty. I did not think I had a chance. I wanted to plead guilty and get it over with. Mr. White convinced me to take it to trial. We had nothing to lose he said and it wouldn't cost extra so my family and I went with it. During my trial, I was amazed at how well Mr. White was at his job. He defended me against the prosecution and facts of the case like something out of a movie. His skill level was clearly much higher compared to the other lawyers I had seen. I was given a "not guilty" sentence. My father and I both agreed that it was nothing short of a miracle. I was ecstatic. I know this review is probably too long, but I could honestly say more things that impressed me about this attorney. If you are reading this Mr. White, thank you so much for representing me and winning my case. I am so happy that this burden is off my chest.

Legal representation regarding allegations of Felony Conversion and Fraud

Mr. White was retained to represent our son regarding allegations of felony conversion and forgery. The climate that Mr. White established from the onset and during our first meeting was indicative of the kind of legal representation that one should expect and receive from their attorney. Mr. White...'s representation and personal interaction with us far exceeded what we could have ever expected or hoped for. Not only was Mr. White very attentive when discussing our son's legal matters, he was straightforward and very honest with him in his assessment of the situation throughout. At every turn..., Mr. White kept us up to date and informed. Fully understanding that he was a very engaged with other other cases and civic responsibilities, he was timely and responsive to any and every questions or concerns we posed by emails and phone calls. In fact, we can not recall ever not receiving an immediate response to any emails nor followup phone calls. Noteworthy, Mr. White's understanding and genuine concern for how young people sometimes na'ively get themselves into dumb situations, coupled with his compassion and his efforts, our son's legal matter was resolved favorably. More importantly, Mr. White's direct approach in discussing the matter throughout with him has proven to be an invaluable lesson learnt. Words cannot describe the immense gratitude and appreciation that we feel for Mr. White and his team. We thank you again for all that you've done, and I personally thank you for reaffirming a code that I've tried to live by and instill in our son as well as others, "Droit et Avant" (Be Right and Go Forward).

Great Result by a Great Attorney

I was arrested for a misdemeanor. As an attorney, a conviction would have had horrible repercussions for me both personally and professionally. I considered representing myself, but fortunately retained Mr. White instead. His knowledge of the law and his familiarity with the people at the courthous...e were instrumental in getting the case dismissed. He was always responsive and his professionalism and confidence helped put me at ease during this difficult time. If you find yourself arrested, I highly recommend that you hire an experienced local criminal attorney with intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the courtroom and people involved (judges, DA, police officers, etc.) If it happens to be in Wilmington, I believe that attorney should be Woody White.

Would Recommend

Very experienced & knowledgeable attorney. Extremely good at communication to let you know what is going on with your case. His fee was reasonable & worth every penny. Hopefully I will never need his services ever again but if I need to, he would be the person I call first.
