Woody was a professional and extremely competent attorney

Relieved, and Very Appreciative to Have Had Mr. White on Our Side...

Our son was faced with a charge that seemed to not quite connect to the actual traffic stop that occurred in the fall of 2016. Mr. White met with us to discuss the situation and explained the options, as well as, the potential upcoming court proceedings so that we fully understood the process. Mr. ...White reviewed the affidavit and the traffic report that was submitted by the officer and confirmed that there were inconsistencies in the actions that brought about the charge. Ultimately, the case was dismissed based on violations of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution. Although young adults, very often, make bad decisions, we were hopeful that Mr. White would help to clear the charges brought against our son so that he could have a second chance. During the entire process, Mr. White was honest and professional with us and provided communication that was timely and informational. In the courtroom, we were very anxious about the potential outcome, however, the manner in which Mr. White defended our son and presented our case left us feeling relieved that our son’s name was cleared, and he was justified, in relation to the manner in which the officer came to conduct the traffic stop. Hopefully, we will never require additional legal counsel, but if we do, we will certainly call on Mr. White, once again. – Apex, NC

One of the Finest Attorneys in Eastern NC.

There are only a few people whom I meet or work with these days that I'd toss my uniform back on and do battle in foreign lands on their behalf... I'd go to hell and back for Woody I have known Mr. White for six years now, from the time I first engaged his firm to assist with a particular portion... of a corporate case to working with him during his campaign for the 7th Congressional District of North Carolina. Mr. White has always been the consummate professional, always staying on the right side of the line and always as a Southern Gentlemen. Since retiring from the Marine Corps and working in corporate America I have seen legal staff from all walks of life, I consider Mr. White among the best of the best. He's a true Patriotic American who knows the law, and its application sometimes even better than the very folks who wrote it. Perfect outcome
