I had the very unpleasant need for a lawyer, Mr. Blanton handled my case in a very professional manner to look out for my best interest. I don't wish the need for a lawyer on anybody, but if I ever need legal assistance my vote is with James Blanton and the Woody White law office.
I always had a quick reply to any of my inquiry's, the staff worked around my hectic schedule, I am very glad.

I hired James after getting into a terrible car accident caused by another driver. I waited two weeks before I hired a lawyer, which I do not recommend for anyone. It became very overwhelming to handle on my own when dealing with the different insurances. The aftermath of the accident is hard to deal with, without being taken advantage of from the offender's insurance. Between James and his staff they helped me through out the process. James was very straightforward and I really liked that about him and he always kept me informed. The best part was how simple everything was once I hired him...no talking to the insurance companies, no having to keep up with paying all the medical bills, he does it all for you. I am VERY happy with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend him.

James was very professional and thorough with us during our time of need. He was quick to respond to questions, understood when it was best to meet in person, and was upfront about possible outcomes. He went above and beyond with his preparation, and helped calm our nerves with his understanding of the law. James walked us through how our court day was going to go, and when the time came, was able to get the charges dismissed. We will forever be thankful to James Blanton for his professionalism, experience, and great character. Please consider James when you or your family are in need of a lawyer.
