I can't begin to put into words how lucky I feel to have been represented by Ashley Smith in my divorce and custody case. Ashley cares about her clients and during what was easily the scariest and most difficult time in my life, I was able to focus on what mattered, protecting my 7 yr old daughter, m...yself, work, and keeping a straight head knowing I had Ashley on my side to quickly navigate and provide outstanding advise during a chaotic time. If you call Speaks Law Firm saying you are needing a lawyer for a divorce and the receptionist tells you she is forwarding your call to Ashley Smith, do yourself a big favor and hang up. She was all talk and no action. She acted like she was intimidated of my wife's attorney and didn't want to make ...him angry. The settlement I agreed to was under duress and was far less than what they originally offered me without representation. All I can say now I know why attorneys have such horrible reputations and why this law firm uses actors to portray satisfied customers.
