From the moment I spoke with Todd on the telephone regarding the consultation for my sons speeding ticket in a work zone I knew he was the attorney we were retaining to represent him! He was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and clear on what he was going to attempt to achieve and what he truly felt... he was going to be able to get for my son. He was very honest and upfront and realistic and did not tell me things I wanted to hear to gain our business. Right away he emailed me the info as he stated and every step of the way he would send updates of things and reply when he received emails from us. The day of court he emailed us the outcome within a few hours. I wasn't happy to have had to get a lawyer to represent my son for speeding, however Todd was a great decision and the outcome was better then we thought it would be. I would reccomend his services if they are needed for sure!

I was being charged with speeding more than 20 mphs and with a suspended license without even know that it was suspended. I was a bit too worried for the worse to be honest than I would have to pay a huge fine or do a bit of jail time since there were so many complications between obtaining my licens...e here in NC and the insurance company. But the end result was great!! I only was charged with improper equipment and only have to pay $263. I recommend Mr. Todd Browning for everything. 5 stars from me.

I found myself working with Todd Browning when I got a speeding ticket about a month ago. Not only was he able to get me the lower charge that we had discussed, but he was also able to lower the fees associated with the charge. I would absolutely recommend him for any traffic violation! not only did he take my call while in court, but thoroughly explained EVERYTHING to me. I was so scared ~this was my first real big offense and he calmed me down and assured me he would take care of everything. He showed up on my court date ...for me and emailed me right after to let me know that he was able to get my fine down without points on license or insurance. Just like he said. The final fine was also exactly what he quoted. GREAT JOB!!!!
