Ryan is absolutely fantastic! I reached out to him at 9 o'clock at night and he called me back right away. He spent 30 minutes of his time, for free, to answer my questions, and explain the law to me to where I understood. His law firm is helping me with my issue and they got on it right away. I recommend this Mr Smith highly. I had a citation that really upset me. From the start with paralegal Ashley Bigger and then with Mr Smith I was handled with caring patience. I am a senior citizen and they explain everything in language I could understand.. Mr Smith told me he would quickly star...t work on my ticket.. I never thought he would get it dismissed in 24 hours. Ashley walked me through all the paper work with unbelievable patience with someone who is not very computer literate. She answer my phone calls and emails very quickly. That's hard to find these days. If you are a Senior this is the place to go. Mr Smith seemed almost as happy as I was that everything got resolved and quickly. How lucky I was to have found them.
