EXCELLENT! I was visiting a friend who had back surgery in Matthews, NC and was pulled over by a state trooper stating that I was doing 87 in a 70 when I was not. I was advised that I had a mandatory court appearance even though I am a Delaware resident. This happened on a Thursday night.
