I use RTS Law Group for a ticket where I was cited for grossly speeding. I reached out to Ryan via this website (Avvo) and after receiving a recommendation from another attorney that does not specialize in this type of law. I went to the best business bureau, found and call RTS Law Group. That was the best thing I could have done. I was greeted by Ashley Briggs, who let me know that the Ryan Smith ( the Lawyer) was in court but would get back to me before the end of the day. Ms. Briggs,proceeded to gather information fr...om me as she explain the process throughly to me. By the time I hung up the phone i new this was the lawyer for me. I was right, Mr. Smith established a time when we could talk, which ended up being a Saturday. He walked me through the process and made sure I was aware when his office would be getting back to me and what I would have to do. Everything want as planned.....and then I recieved a letter from the courts rescheduling my case. I called Mr. Smith upto ask what happened and he immediately checked on it. The outcome was amazing! Mr. Smith got the district court system to admitt that they made a mistake and that they would refund my court cost. ---a very impressive and happy outcome. ( traffic violation)
