I had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Ryan Smith due to a Traffic ticket. I spoke to Ryan at 9:15am, provided my information and received a call at 4:15pm saying he had everything resolved and taken care of. 7 hours... That's it! Ryan did a fantastic job explaining the entire process when we... first spoke and made himself readily available for questions.
