Mr. Smith is simply an angel. I was dealing with a situation involving charges that have been pending since 2011. I did not find out about them until a recent background check for an employer. When I was stopped by a highway patrolman for speeding nearly 40 miles above the speed limit, I was sure that my license would be revoked. The sole reason I still have a drivers licenses is because of Ryan's knowledge of the NC traffic system.
