EXCELLENT! I was visiting a friend who had back surgery in Matthews, NC and was pulled over by a state trooper stating that I was doing 87 in a 70 when I was not. I was advised that I had a mandatory court appearance even though I am a Delaware resident. This happened on a Thursday night. I calle...d Friday morning and spoke with Ashley who was very professional and helpful in providing me information. I was advised that Mr. Smith was going to handle this for me the same day in in court and I didn't even have to attend. I got a phone call at 3:46 pm the same day telling me that everything was resolved and that I would not have any points, record, or impact on my insurance due to Mr. Smith getting it dropped to an Improper Equipment.
