Fantastic experience during a difficult time

When my teenage daughter received an alcohol possession violation I reached out to Mr. Smith as he appeared to specialize in the topic. He was readily available to discuss options with me and did a great job of keeping my expectations positive but realistic. He and his staff were very accommodating... in working with me and my daughter, who attends college out of town. Mr. Smith was able to represent us fully and get the case (rightfully) dismissed without our having to attend court in person and quickly followed up with out options to pursue expungement. Neither my daughter nor I could have asked for a more professional, timely, and effective response.

When I received an under aged alcohol possession ticket in Charlotte, I did not know what I would do to fix it, as I go to college outside of Charlotte. Mr. Smith made the process easy and allowed it to be handled without me showing up for a single court date. Can’t thank him enough!

Speeding ticket quickly resolved.

Speeding Ticket, 21 miles over the limit. Attorney was able to get amended to Improper Equipment. No DMV points, no Insurance points. Thank you.
