I contacted RTS Law Group via text on a Sunday and got a response from Jenna, one of the paralegals, the next morning informing me Ryan Smith would be giving me a call. I got a call later that same day. I had a speeding citation (88mph in a 70mph zone) and Ryan was able to get the ticket amended to i...mproper equipment, resulting in no points on my license or insurance rates going up. I would have liked for Jenna or Ryan to give me at least daily updates, but seemed like I was the one having to contact for updates.
