Professional & Reliable Attorney with Great Communication
Mr. Gott is the BEST attorney I have ever had the pleasure to work with! I have been blown away at his professionalism & tenacity in my case & the regular & informative updates he has offered throughout the process without needing any prodding from me. My past experiences with other attorneys have unfortunately not been at all pleasant, full of frustration at lack of progress & lack of communications. In spite of setbacks caused by others involved in this case, Mr. Gott was persistent until he got the job done & did so in an expedient & thorough manner. I highly recommend his professional & courteous legal services & would not ever hesitate to hire him again!

Mr. Gott was an answered prayer as he helped me navigate a very difficult situation. He did so with ease, wisdom, professionalism, and clear explanations of what was happening. Because of his work, he helped advocate for someone who had never had someone advocate for her in this manner and it was life changing for her.

Superb
I want to recommend Mr. Gott if you are in need of an Elder Care Attorney because he knows the law and he knows his business, and could not have had a better attorney. If I had to do it again, he would still be chosen. Ethical, professional, empathetic, determined.

Wonderful Representation!
Mark was great to work with in what was otherwise a stressful situation. He really did a nice job of keeping the lines of communication open. It is evident that he truly has the client's best interest in mind and is not just looking to run up as many billable hours as possible. When you hear so many negative things about lawyers in general, it is very refreshing to find someone in this industry who is great at what he does, and is also a genuinely good person. And when it came to litigation, it was EXTREMELY evident that Mark was much better at his job than the opposing attorney. His preparation, attention to detail, and the manner in which he presents the case is incomparable. I actually told Mark after court that regardless of the outcome, I felt so fortunate to have him on our side versus the opposing attorney. At the end, Mark got us the outcome that we desired, and really handled this situation as well as I could have hoped. If you are looking for a lawyer who is great at his job and truly has your best interest in mind, please reach out to Mark! You will not be disappointed.

Seamless guardianship process
I hired Mark to assist me with a guardianship petition for an adult child. In our consultation he explained the types of guardianships, the role of the guardian ad litem and the process he would help me undertake. He was easy to contact throughout and prepared me for the actual hearing. He was on target during the hearing, and I was successful in obtaining guardianship. As a bonus, he was very pleasant to interact with and was very appropriate with my child.

Guardianship case handled by Mark Gott
Our petition for guardianship of parents was extremely time sensitive. Mark listened, directed and expedited our case and obtained a hearing for us within a window of 11 days. Mark reviewed two extremely large medical files on parents and found every thread of medical comments that was necessary to expediently obtain permanent guardianship at the very first hearing. His demeanor was amazing. His conversational skills with the mediator, other attorneys and all present was direct and extremely professional. We had no prior knowledge of him or his qualifications but knew as soon as we met him that he was going to successfully obtain our guardianship request.

Guardianship
Mark accepted a complicated guardianship case regarding my stepdad. He was quick to encourage us and put us at ease, and he represented us well through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone or to call him again in the future. I honestly thought the process would be a nightmare but I was quite wrong.

Guardianship
After a year of not being able to see or help my grandfather Mr. Gott took our case. He was not only empathic to our situation but also saw that we really needed help. He was such and amazing attorney. He made sure we new every step of what we were going to going through. We thought our case would be a long drawn out case but Mr. Gott got everyone he could involved to see that things were handle in a timely manner. He also made sure that my grandfathers safety was his top priority. I know and have worked with several attorneys but none like Mr. Gott. I wish he practiced in areas of law. He would be the only attorney I could ever call on. A true gentleman and excellent at what he does. He helped us out our family back together. For that we will eternally grateful.

Mark D. Gott
I engaged Mark Gott to handle a very complex guardianship issue pertaining to a family member. Mr. Gott is most knowledgeable, does his homework and prepared us for all the legal steps and multiple court hearings. He prepared the petitions, briefed us completely and led the proceedings with the courts. I was appointed general guardian and have been in that capacity for almost two years. Mr. Gott has provided comprehensive services, including assisting in the asset distribution, and annual filings. He provides advice that is very timely which gave us the ability to care for our family member. He provided not only expert advice, but did so with the utmost integrity and empathy in understanding our family. I highly recommend Mark Gott.

Grateful
Mark helped our family through a guardianship procedure which was difficult for our family to initiate. He was patient and frank leading up to to the filing process and he was honest, extremely competent and knowledgable regarding our options, and meticulously thorough during the entire process. The most difficult thing our family has ever faced and his guidance provided a more favorable outcome than we ever imagined.

"I recently worked with Mark on a very complex case involving difficult questions concerning the status of beneficiaries to an Estate. Mark was extremely professional throughout, and very thoughtful in his approach to this matter in which he skillfully represented a young child. The representation extended not just to what was best for the child in the immediate context of the litigation, but also as to what was going to be best for her long-term support and financial assistance through her youth and into adulthood. I was extremely impressed with the thoughtfulness, diligence and professionalism that Mark displayed in his representation."
