David and his team did a phenomenal job handling my case. The communication between he and I was great thought the process. He never kept me waiting long on responses and consistently kept me in the loop. My experience was great I had attorney David McCleary the case was a DWI. I'm not going to lie at first I thought he was pretty expensive but throughout the process going to court almost a year seeing how he moves and operate explain every step and every move we made together so he can make sure I'm ...understanding what's going on. Anytime I called and left a message he made sure he return my messages. At times when he couldn't help me his partner I think his name was Michael helped out with the case. He never let me feel like I didn't know what was going on. Saying all that I think he's worth every penny now! We did win our case and he is being rehired to expunge my criminal record that's how please I am with him and I will recommend him to anyone.

In February of this year I retained the services of Mr. McCleary for representation on a custody and child support matter. From that date until August of this year Mr. McCleary collected a total of $3000.00 for his non-efforts. Also during his representation of my cases his successes were doubled chi...ld support awarded to my children's mother in March even after they moved with me to Pennsylvania and a blotched court hearing by his assistant in July that saw me travel to North Carolina for absolutely no reason. Finally I made the decision stop paying Mr. McCleary any additional funds has I did not see any favorable results and represented myself, successfully I might add. Both the child support and custody cases were judged in my favor thank GOD. Mr. McCleary in my opinion displayed a lack technical expertise when it comes to the workings of N.C. Child Support Enforcement functions. He should discipline himself to obtaining a greater understanding before representing another client in this area. For 8 months he was unable to secure a court date for child custody hearing that was filed in November of 2016, a full 2 months before he was hired. Lastly what I have very serious concerns with is that his failures not only affect myself but the futures of my four children. He never really seemed to grasp that concept and has a father, I find that deeply troubling for a family law attorney. I can not in good conscience recommend an attorney who was out-witted by a cosmetology graduate (noting wrong with cosmetology graduates) using legal zoom. Has far has I am concerned Mr. McCleary stole $3000.00 for services "NOT-RENDERED".

David and his staff were excellent. They were able to see me quickly and provided me with all the information I needed during this difficult time. They were able to put together my agreement very quickly and were responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend this office for your family leg...al needs.
