Genuinely Cares About Clients

Mr. Bridgman took a complex case that sought to "reopen" prior Title II (SSDI) claim(s) going back as far as 2004. The case involved an "intellectually disabled" member of my family, who had applied for benefits (pro se) on four separate occasions, each time having been denied. Even though several ot...her disability lawyers throughout the region said the claim was a lost cause, and refused to take it, Mr. Bridgman saw it in a different light. Mr. Bridgman not only took the case, but after over a year and a half, he obtained a fully favorable decision from the ALJ. The 2004 application was reopened and payment was made retroactive to 2004. So it is with utmost respect that I say you can't find better representation than that offered by Bridgman law!!!

They changed my life

They worked their fingers to the bone in order to help me with my disability. I have never had anyone be so helpful. I wish i could name them all. I finally got my approval and they called me instead of making me wait for my letter in the mail. Thank you all for your wonderful work

glad he was my attorney

The firm stayed in touch, contacted me every month and even the day before my court date. I was told what to expect before going into court. I trusted Mr Bridgman to do all he could to resolve my case and he did not disappoint me

Arrogant and Insensitive

Mr. Bridgeman was my disability attorney and I was truly disappointed by the way he and his office conducted themselves. The attorney that initially began with me in his firm left that practice. And there was constant turn over within his office. I was spoken to with a tone as if I were bothering the...m when I called with a question. Applying for disability in and of itself is exhausting mentally and emotionally. So be sure to find an attorney that gives you the same respect you give him. In our last court hearing, the judge actually refused to hear my case and very aggressively blamed Mr. Bridgeman for not being prepared and wasting her time. I was devastated. He never once accepted accountability for that, but blamed his staff and the judge. In my opinion, his overall demeanor is what that would be served best in a completely different field.

This is a man who really cares - not just out for money

I never wanted to be disabled at any time in my life - I loved my work and my profession and worked most of my life. Mr. Bridgman met with my husband and I for our initial meeting and explained so many things to us that we never knew - that is because we are not educated in his field. Even if I had... to ask him questions 2 or 3 times he was always so patient. If I e-mailed him on the weekend so he would have it on Monday he would call or email me back that same day. He really cares. Another thing that meant so much is that many professionals will leave decisions up to clients who really don't know what to do - he told me what he thought the best way was after explaining all options. I would recommend Mr. Bridgman to anyone!! He made a difference in a very difficult time in our lives.
