About me

Ms. Cummings practices in all areas of employment law.  She regularly litigates federal court cases arising under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the FLSA, as well as state court cases involving wrongful discharge and non-compete issues.  Ms. Cummings possesses experience in litigating class and collective actions, including wage and hour collective actions.  Ms. Cummings also regularly provides advice to small, medium and large companies with respect to day-to-day employment decisions.  Finally, Ms. Cummings provides training for both managers and employees on all aspects of employment law, including discrimination and harassment.
