Hannah M. Davies was born in Northern Ireland, but moved to Rutherford County, North Carolina as a child and became a United States citizen in 2008. Hannah attended Isothermal Community College for two years, and then obtained her B.S. in Chemistry in 2008 from Gardner-Webb University. After working as a paralegal at Tomblin, Farmer & Morris, PLLC for several years, Hannah attended Elon University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2014. She was admitted to practice law in the state of North Carolina that same year.

Mrs. Davies served as a full-time intern to United States District Court Judge Martin Reidinger from January - April 2014, and then served as his Administrative Law Clerk from August 2014 - May 2015. Judge Reidinger serves in the Asheville Division of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, where he handles numerous criminal cases, civil cases of all kinds, bankruptcy appeals, and social security disability appeals. Hannah truly enjoyed the opportunity to clerk for Judge Reidinger and to further expand her understanding of the law as she drafted numerous orders and assisted the Judge daily. Hannah has now joined Farmer & Morris Law, PLLC, where she serves clients in personal injury cases, social security disability cases, litigation, and estate planning. She is greatly looking forward to continuing to help people in all walks of life through the practice of law.

Social Security Disability
Hannah was an absolutely amazing attorney. She was patient and so considerate and caring throughout the whole process. She worked tirelessly to get my Social Security disability approved. Even when I was discouraged with each denial, she continued to be uplifting and when I was finally approved after 10 years and multiple denials, she called me immediately after hours to let me know. I don't know who was more excited , me or her. For anyone needing an attorney for Social Security Disability, you will not go wrong with her. She will be with you through every step and explain everything about the process. She is considerate, caring and dedicated in getting you your benefits. You can't go wrong with her.

Professional and Caring
Hannah was my lawyer after a terrible accident, that was not my fault in July of 2021. She was also my father's attorney, who was in the car with me at the time. Hannah has gone above and beyond services I expected. I had no idea how the system worked, but she made me feel at ease immediately. She ended up helping me with Power of Attorney documents for my father also. I felt comfortable with her knowledge and her caring nature. I consider Hannah to be one of the kindest, respectful and professional people I have ever met. I will continue to use her with any situation I need, and always recommend to anyone that needs help.

Excellent Services
What a professional and kind group of people! Hannah Davies and her team are extraordinary! When I was involved in a terrible traffic accident in April 2021, the team at Farmer-Morris Law went above and beyond to insure that my needs were met. Hannah told me about what would happen and what to expect and I had lots of questions which she answered.. everything that she told me when we talked pretty much happened as she said even though some road blocks came up along the way which she explained to me. I think that the most important thing I felt was that she cared and wanted to see me get back on my feet, pay my bills and be able to get back to work. While I was recovering from injuries, her team continued managing my case with excellent legal support. I can't simply thank Hannah enough for her focus on the well-being of clients like me and her remarkable services.

Understanding and thorough
I recently got up the courage to face end of life planning, a topic I have been avoiding due to the overall unpleasant nature of the idea. Hannah gracefully approached this topic with wisdom and put it in a business-like perspective that made it virtually painless. We were simply putting in place a plan that will orchestrate important details in my absence should it occur. It gave me and my family so much peace knowing these papers are in force and ready. I was extremely at rest after Ms Davies executed the directives of my Will and Power of Attorney especially as I have seen families scurry and rush around trying to put pieces of a puzzle together at the passing of a loved one, and at the last minute. I tried, unsuccessfully, for years to get my disability claim approved. Ms. Davies was very thorough, professional, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I understood the process, went over 5 years of medical records, and was actually complimented by the Judge for “good lawyering”. If you EVER need someone in your corner on ANY legal matter, contact her, you won’t be disappointed, she’s the best and I’d rate her ten stars if I could!!

Wonderful Person & Excellent Lawyer
The first time I met Mrs. Davies was in April 2016 when I met with her to help my mother with her estate planning. I was so impressed with Mrs. Davies that I came back in January 2019 so she could help me with my estate planning. I live almost 4 hours away & had met with other attorneys but other attorneys seemed more like a car salesman & seemed more interested in my money than in helping me. Driving almost 4 hours was well worth it to met with someone who is personable & trust-worthy. Mrs. Davies was very caring and took the time to explain things and to answer all my questions. I would whole-heartedly recommend her for any legal matters. Should I need any assistance in the future, I will definitely call Mrs. Davies.
