Born and raised in Rutherford County, North Carolina, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Gardner-Webb University. Thereafter, I attended Charlotte School of Law while working as a paralegal at Tomblin, Farmer, and Morris, PLLC. Upon passing the North Carolina state bar exam, I joined the firm as an attorney. My goal to help every client overcome obstacles whether small or great, even in what might be the most difficult times of their lives. Great team
My daughter received a traffic ticket and being from Chicago who do we turn to for help and guidance. We received a number of letters from local law firms but Farmer &Morris Law stuck out to us. Gabrielle and Alexis worked with us through the very difficult issues because of the Pandemic. They suggested Megan take an in person driving class, but we couldn’t find any locally in Illinois because of the lockdown. On top of that Megan then needed to go to Florida for 4 months. How to prepare a case the court would accept? Well they worked overtime to find a Florida class that was acceptable and communicated with us regularly. The outcome was positive and we are appreciative for their help and guidance.

Best Attorney in the County!
I have had Ms. Valentine as my Lawyer for the past few years. She has been there from the beginning doing whatever she can to help me have the best outcome & my case is not a simple one! She has been so patient and so understanding she didn’t judged me by my past she had faith in me and allowed me time to get my life together so now when I go to court for my charges I am a whole different person then I was before! Best Attorney in the Region!
Gabrielle helped me with a very serious matter in which I was falsely accused by a vindictive neighbor. She helped resolve the matter intelligently, in a timely manner, and cost effectively. She also helped with my prosecution against him and getting the false charge against me expunged after the dismissal of that charge.. You can't go wrong with Gabrielle. I'm glad to hear she also practices in my home state of South Carolina!

Did a great job
I had a family court problem came up and went to her the day before court. In less than 24 hours she had researched the case (which was complex because it involved an out of state order) and showed up and got me the exact outcome I wanted. If my ex pursues any further legal orders she is definitely the one I want on my side !

Very Satisfied
I was recently facing some very serious criminal charges and obtained Mrs. Valentine to represent me in superior court as my attorney. Mrs. Valentine went above and beyond her duty to help me. She is very professional and knowledgeable about the laws and explained in detail what my options were. Anytime I had questions or concerns she was willing to explain and always returned my calls the same day. I felt very comfortable talking to Mrs Valentine and confident with my decision to hire her. I am truly amazed at the outcome of my proceeding. If I ever need to hire an attorney for anything else it will be Mrs Valentine. Best Attorney ever!
I hired Ms. Valentine to help me out to defend me in a serious legal problem. This attorney is sensational truly and gets results. It is obvious to me she is respected by her peers and I cannot be more pleased with the outcome of her work. Excellent attorney

Extremely satisfied!
Unfortunately I have had several speeding citations in Rutherfordton. They're not hard to get here and they are pretty hard on you. Ms. Valentine was able to gain a successful result in both cases with only a fine, no points on my license, and thus no hike in my auto insurance premiums. I would highly recommend her.

Stress Free
I hired Mrs. Gabrielle Valentine to help with a motor vehicle violation issue and was 100% satisfied. Living out of state it made it difficult for me to attend my court proceedings, but Mrs. Valentine and her staff took care of everything. She made it as least stressful as possible for me, and in the end, I was perfectly satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing legal assistance.
