Miracle Worker

Guys, I want to share these statements with you. I had the greatest experience in court the other day..I was charge with a case that has been hanging over my head for quite some time now. I"ve hire multiple Lawyers to handle my case in the pass and came up dissapointed, I was about to give up because... of the monie I've spent, and I mean "Some Monies have been spent". Anyway,a colleague of mine told me about a Law Firm called Powers& McCartan that kick a_ _. I looked them up to see whether they serve clients in Cabarrus County.I got intouch with an Lawyer by the name of Chistopher McCartan. We got set up and went over the leagal expects of my case and I still was a lil sceptical about them been able to grant me my wishes," Boy let me tell you something" this Lawyer stood up in court and represented me just like he knew me from childhood, he spoke Loud, cocky, and direct to the Judge and the DA and presented my case with authority...WOW!!! he blew my mine when he spoke. everybody in court even the police officers was fixed on this guy and how he delivered my case..after spending so much money and time in the past while dealing with lazy ass Lawyers, that only care about your money and not the client's welfare, I can say Chistopher McCartan with "Powers&McCartan" has perform a miracle that day..he gets 6 starrs from me..Thank you so much!!!

Most professional attorney I witnessed, after a full day in court.

My 19 year old son got a aiding and abetting ticket after leaving the racetrack last October. He let a friend drive his truck, and that friend was charged with DWI at a road block. They seized my son's truck and left sitting on the side of the road by himself at 3:30am. He wasn't given an underage ...drinking ticket, which he should have been. After 9 months his day in court finally came. There were 250 cases on the docket that day. Mr. McCartan finished his other cases by 11:00 am and asked for a dismissal on this case. The DA said absolutely not. so Mr. McCartan sat there with us until 5:25 that afternoon as we where the next to the last case. Although the case wasn't dismissed, the judge ruled not guilty. I observed alot of attorneys that day, and how police officers and officers of the court interacted. Mr. McCartan seemed to know everyone, he treated the officers with respect and they were the same with him. He was well spoken, straight to the point he never made any promises, but seemed confident and I would hire him again.(Just hope I don't have to.)
