I originally left Chris a very poor review for multiple reasons. Mainly, the lack of communication after my judgment was delivered. I had to call repeatedly for multiple weeks to get documentation that I was promised. I got a call from him, directly, the day after I reviewed his firm. He asked what h...e could do to make it right with me. The only thing I wanted was the documentation that he promised me during his representation of me. Chris delivered later that day. Not only did he deliver on what he said he would do, he also went above and beyond and offered me an additional service for later, should I need it. For those reasons, I am changing my review from one star to four. Chris McCartan laid my options out clearly and let me know what I was up against during his representation of me. I was confident in Chris to handle my case to the best of his ability. Albeit expensive, he helped me receive a favorable outcome. I will refer people to Chris in the future and recommend him for legal defense in Concord, NC.
