Personable, effective, & thorough.

Les did everything I asked him to accomplish and then some. He was very responsive, as was his staff, whenever I had a question. Les was an essential part of my piece of mind during this process; never did I have to question if I had left my case in the hands of someone who is capable and truly cares... for and enjoys their work.
