I recently enlisted the service of Attorney Robinson for a local real estate matter. I had been advised by a previous law firm that, after their research, I was not the legal heir to a certain rental property that had belonged to my late wife. Given that advice, I then wanted to know what my legal s...hare in the property would be based on my wife's will, which left all assets to our two children, one of which (our daughter) had passed away in the interim and whom I was her heir, and whether spousal elective share was applicable in my case. I contacted Attorney Robinson and he far exceeded my expectations. Although the elective share time window had expired, Attorney Robinson, through his attention to detail, determination, and thoroughness found what the previous law firm had not found - that the property belonged to me in entirety. It was all there in the deed paperwork, but overlooked by a different lawyer. Needless to say, I was thrilled with that news. I cannot say enough about Attorney Robinson. Not only is he exceedingly competent, but also a gentleman and fine community servant. I could tell that money is not the driving force in his practice like so many others, but rather integrity and service to mankind. Very rare in my experience. For me, Attorney Robinson turned out to be a very, very pleasant surprise and I feel he would be a fierce and capable advocate for anyone he represents.

Mr. Robinson answered my question quickly, and gave me invaluable advice. I adhered to what he had said, and I'm now pleased to say that the personal effects of the former girlfriend is my son, were removed today (Saturday, May 23). When she had to sign for her letter, at work, and read what I'd said..., she called my son cussing a blue streak. Nevertheless, my son and one if her cousins got all of Ber belongings out. Thank you, Mr. Robinson for validating my intent and making me feel better about how I wanted to handle things. This site is awesome!!!
