About me

Mike Rothrock focuses his practice on cases involving automobile, motorcycle and trucking accidents, premise liability and animal liability. Mike possesses extensive first chair trial experience in the North Carolina state courts. 

In addition to his busy practice, Mike coaches two mock trial teams in the Raleigh area and is an active volunteer with the Capital Area Teen Court program. He has been a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars on the topics of personal injury, trial practice, technology and professionalism. Mike is also an active member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, serving on several committees, and has a passion for advocating for the rights of individuals. He also is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and serves on the public service committee of the Wake County Bar Association.

Mike is an avid outdoorsman who frequently mountain bikes and participates in obstacle course races outside of his practice. He is married and enjoys spending time with his wife and two German Shepherds.
