About me

At Stubbs Cole, I represent individuals and businesses in a wide range of complex matters that require innovative thinking and aggressive, efficient and creative litigation strategies. I pride myself on taking a unique approach to advising businesses on the risks associated with their day-to-day operations and how to avoid litigation with careful competent counsel – upfront – before there is a problem. I am also a NC Certified Mediator providing mediation services in Superior Court matters by private selection or Court appointment.

As Durham's oldest continueously practicing law firm, Stubbs Cole has been providing individuals and businesses throughout the Triangle with quality and ethical representation since 1932.

I, and the rest of our professionals at Stubbs Cole, would appreciate the opportunity to be of assistance. Please give us a call or contact us through our webiste.
