I believe that everyone needs a a little help when times are tough. That's why my practice is focused on helping people who have been injured: whether they were hurt at work, in a motor vehicle accident, or just out and about.
I believe that sometimes you need someone to fight for you. Insurance companies are in business to make money, not to pay it out. My goal in every case is to ensure my clients get all the benefits they deserve. As a former insurance defense lawyer, I know how insurance companies operate and use that knowledge to our advantage.
I believe that clients are people, not cases. People hire lawyers because they don't know how the law works. Many times though, they don't know their lawyer and don't understand how the process works, but are expected to do whatever their lawyer says. If you are my client, I am your attorney. You are not handed off to some other lawyer and your case isn't handled by a claims manager. I do this so that I understand the individual wants and needs of each client. When it's time to make the tough decisions, my clients have a trusted advisor who can answer their questions and a partner to work with them in making the right decisions.
