I take a hands on approach to helping my clients. I believe clients have a right to speak with their attorney directly rather than going through a paralegal. Thus, I return calls and emails promptly (i.e. within 24 hours), and encourage my clients to call or email me directly rather than going through a paralegal. Unlike with many law offices, the first time you set foot in my office for a consultation, you will personally sit down and speak with me, rather than a paralegal about all of the legal issues in your case. I don't believe in advertising on TV and billboards, because the economics of that kind of advertising would requiring me to spend less time and effort on each of my client's cases.
