From experience, not someone I would recommend. The law firm does not fight for your rights but rather prefers to process another client and move to the next. Even if you have enough evidence to present a strong case that a good litigator would push forward with confidence, he prefers to take the ...plea bargain and probably leave you in a worse position going forward even though you committed no crime.
