My young son was represented by this man if you want to call it being represented! He did NOTHING for my son, and would not answer any of our families calls or emails. He had my YOUNG son sign a plea which was not true, but yet he scared him into it. We fired him 7 days before the trial because he had the nerve to mail my son his PSR through legal mail. It was the worst of the worst. After hiring the other Federal lawyer he looked some THINGS up only to find that MR. Nunley had done NOTHING for my son. I would NEVER advise anyone to hire this so called lawyer.

Attorney Nunley did an outstanding job in my case, working to get the exact outcome I wanted. His connections and experienced were worth the fee. I recommend him for your high stakes cases.

Mr. Nunley did not have justice as his prime consideration. He only wanted to "make a deal" with the DA and end the case as soon as possible. I would not recommend him and I would NEVER use his services again.
Damon Chetson, Criminal defense Attorney
Relationship: Worked for lawyer
Robert E. Nunley and I have tried multiple cases together. He is a "go-to" lawyer for other lawyers in Raleigh - meaning that other lawyers will call him up or stop by his office to consult with him about difficult issues. He is widely regarded as one of the top federal criminal defense lawyers in Raleigh. He routinely gets truly outstanding results for his clients. As one client mentioned in a review on this site, he is a force to the reckoned with.
