I was charged with a simple assault when a man was in my home, with a history of physical, sexual and emotional abuse against me. I was immediately arrested, and he was allowed to stay in my home (which I paid for), and with my son (a baby), while I was ordered to not return home. Dewey got the entire thing dropped.
