Coolidge Law Firm

Attorney Coolidge represented me on a DWI case from 2013. We received a not guilty verdict in August 2016 after a number of administrative hearings. Attorney Coolidge did an excellent job presenting the facts of the case before the judge. I was extremely pleased with the services remdered by David Co...olidge and would recommend him to anyone needing legal representation within his scope of counsel.

WONDERFUL

A few months ago, I was charged with reckless driving. I was arrested and given a bond. This was my first arrest ever, I was worried and stressed out. After first meeting David, I had established that he was extremely knowledgeable about traffic law. I knew I had a great attorney who would fight for ...me and use every resource available to him in order to argue my case. The case ended up going to trial, and I was very worried. David brought his A-game to trial, and argued very fiercely on my behalf. The case was ultimately dismissed based on a certain factors that pertained to my original arrest. I am so glad that David along with Ed were on my case, I couldn't have had a better team.

I thought I dug myself into a hole. My case was dismissed.

Before meeting Mr. Coolidge, I consulted with a couple of defense attorneys for my student conduct case. Most of them were by default motivated in some kind of "plea" or "reduction" in charges (Trial = More work. Plea bargains = quick buck for the attorney). I touched base with Mr. Coolidge's office ...after being referred to him by someone from NC State who advised me that he helps quite a few students with cases at student conduct. He was willing to listen to my case. I knew I wanted to hire him; to my surprise, he had already drafted a clear, simple-to-understand retainer agreement. As my retained attorney, David communicated with me through texting, which I prefer over email and direct phone. During case prep, he was very knowledgeable and thorough with the information thus helping me with my personal statement and going over how to present information. And guess what? My case was dismissed. Mr. Coolidge is a busy man and can be at times slow at getting back to you. To compensate, his partners and assistants give diligent responses when you call the office. If you are feeling troubled that the frequency to respond is not high enough, just remember Mr. Coolidge is working on multiple cases. Still compared to other busy attorneys, Mr. Coolidge has your best interest at heart. Just calm down and trust him because he knows the system better than your searching any rules/policies by yourself.
