I was clocked going 15 over and Jennifer got it reduced to a improper equipment which meant no insurance points!!! I was a little hesitant because of not hearing from them before the court date (just wanted to make sure someone would show up to court for me) but after sending them an email, I was reassured by Gaby that everything would be taken care of. I appreciate the hard work of this team and would definitely recommend their services.

In April 2016 I received a not inconsequential speeding ticket for going 86 mph in a 65 zone (not unsurprisingly, the 6 speed coupe I was driving at the time has a lot more zip than my 15 year old SUV) and contacted Jennifer Allen Law to handle the case. My case was continued 3 times and was just resolved this month, reduced to an improper equipment with no points added to my license or insurance. Having a ticket for exceeding the speed limit in excess of 20 mph resolved in such a matter was a big relief for me, and I'm very pleased with the service Jennifer Allen Law offered. As another reviewer mentioned, contacting their office via phone usually wasn't very effective, but I was happy to communicate via email. I didn't always receive a prompt update on the status of my case, but they responded quickly to my emails inquiring about my case. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Jennifer Allen Law since she was able to get me the best possible outcome for my considerable speeding ticket, and if I'm pulled over again near Chapel Hill, will definitely use her services again.

Ms. Allen helped me get my ticket reduced to a low level North Carolina specific infraction that had no impact on my out-of-state driving record or impact my insurance. I am very happy with the service Ms. Allen and her team provided me with since I live out of state and could not be present in court in Alamance County. I would use her services again (hope not to though) if the need arises. I do not want another speeding ticket. Communications was prompt and cordial.
