Called their Charlotte office regarding a Chapter 7 and 13 to schedule a consult over the phone. The intake guy asked me about sensitive info regarding marital status, current debt load, and things that should be discussed in the consult...then he refused to set an appointment over the phone and hung... up on me when I had an issue with the process. Said "Here is what I can do for you sir... click" Front desk is clearly not the lawyer, but this is not how you handle a client looking to discuss life damaging matters such as a bankruptcy.
