Bankruptcy - Credit Cards

I did learn a lot from Mr. Duncan regarding my situation. My overall impression was very good. There were; however, 2 things I was not too happy about. One being having to drive to High Point for signing instead of the Winston-Salem office. The other was the fact that I evidently did not receive ...directions to where I needed to go for my creditors meeting, and was under the assumption it was to be in the W-S Court House, which it was not. Regardless, all in all he was great and I would definitely recommend him. I am very happy! Would also like to say the his office personnel is great. Jessica was absolutely fabulous.

Hey Janet, Thanks for your feedback. You probably meant Greensboro instead of High Point. You likely had to come in to our Greensboro instead of Winston-Salem because we were completely booked in our Winston-Salem office and we wanted to get you in as soon as possible. However, if you really wanted to come into the Winston-Salem office we could have made those accommodations. The address for the creditors' meeting was sent to you by the Court as well as in the email you received from me prior to the 341 meeting. It also contained a video showing you how to get to the appropriate courthouse from our office. I know it can be confusing sometimes though when there are multiple courthouses close by. Again, we appreciate your feedback and I hope you're doing well. As you know, let me know if you need anything at all. Jessica says "hello!" ;)
