This is the first online review I have ever given; but I feel compelled to let others know how satisfied I have been with my Living Trust that Ms. David set up for me 7 years ago. My husband died in April and because of my Trust I had minimal (in fact no problems) settling his estate. I feel very confident that my estate is protected for my children in the future and for my grandchildren. No matter how minor my questions or needs Ms. David sits with me and explains every answer in a way I can understand. I highly recommend a Living Trust for everyone.

Cheryl’s office & staff made me feel comfortable with the somewhat complicated process of establishing a Trust.

Contacting the Law Office of Cheryl K. David was one of the smartest moves we have made in arranging for our estate planning. We needed the solid advice that lead to Ms. David creating our living trust which has proved to us, through experience, to be a safe and secure way to leave our estate in a manageable condition to our adult children.
When assessing one's estate needs Cheryl David knows the questions to ask and can relate to the various personality types that are found so often in family situations.
In our real estate business we have seen problems that were created by a lack of planning and are grateful that we know potential problems have been solved in advance. We are especially happy to know that our heirs will not have to endure the inconvenience and expense of probate court.
Cheryl David listens, cares and gives sound guidance. She has an exceptional staff of professionals who complement the entire estate planning experience. We'd be happy to speak to anyone who would want to hear from us first hand of our recommendation for Ms. David.
