BEAST!!!

If you want the job done and you want it done right, HIRE THIS WOMAN!!! My former sister-in-law liked to play hide-and-seek with by nephews to keep them away from my brother, all the while garnishing his pay for child support. After having to endure 2 years of this cat and mouse game Jessica was able to put a very quick and abrupt stop to this; fathers who want to be good father have rights. Jessica made sure she couldn't play these games now or in the future under threat of jail time (written in the freaking order). Jessica helped my family so much and she was so compassionate while doing so; her care and concern for my brother and his children, and their reunification was genuine. If you need someone who knows the law and is willing to truly fight with you and for you, hire Jessica Culver.

Saving two Sweet girls from bad things

I just wanted to say that I think Jessica Culver is a great Attorney. She helped me with a joint custody case for my grand daughters and then full custody case. I would hate to think what might would have happen to my grand daughters if we hadn't been able to get them away from the bad situation they were in. My grand daughters are living with us and they are safe and happy.We were able to get the girls Social Security check and we took both to get all their clothes and school supplies. Their money was never before spent on them .They both said they wanted to stay with us forever. If I ever need another lawyer or know of anyone who does I will tell them of the great job Jessica did for me and my family

Wonderful Attorneys - Tremendously helpful!!

If you need an attorney, this is the firm for you! From the moment I walked in I was treated with respect and my situation was taken very seriously. I initially met with Ms. Jessica Culver who assured me they would work with me to a resolution and protect all my rights in the process, which is exactly what they did for me. My main team was attorney Ms. Savannah Williamson along with paralegal Ms. Phyllis Martin. They communicated with me from the start until the resolution of my case. Anytime I had a question, whether very important or inconsequential, I always received a response in a very timely manner. The law is very complicated but everything, sometimes every word, was explained to me until I completely understood. They are not a fee driven firm. Their main priority is to help their clients, and they do that so graciously, yet fight very hard for you in all situations. They took me from being over my head and stressed to the max, to being able to trust them completely. The office support staff is a real asset to the firm as well. You are greeted by your name with smiles, kindness and assistance as needed. You can tell that everyone at the firm really cares about their clients, and it shows in many ways. I was referred to Ms. Culver by my local attorney, who thought she would be a good match for my concerns. I have been very satisfied with Ms. Culver & all of her associates in that firm. Any questions have been answered & suggestions appreciated. I would use her office again if needed. Thankfully my situation has not moved to litigation at this time. I do think that the costs associated with hireing this firm are out of reach for the average person. But, no such thing as good & cheap.

Wonderful service

Jessica went above and beyond for my child custody case. She was always a click away via email, and never once did i have to wait hours or even days for a response. She kept me informed at all times with any updates on my case, and was very understanding about my wants. This is the second time i have used Dummit Fradin, and I refuse to use anyone else but Jessica. She was able to consult with the opposing party in a very professional way, and won my case.

Won Joint Custody

Jessica Culver is a Godsend. We hired her on September 8, 2020 to help our son gain joint custody of our grandson. We had not seen our grandson since August 16, 2020. Jessica was very compassionate and comforting as my son and I told her the situation with my grandson’s mother. We tried for emergency custody but the judge refused our motion. Jessica had prepared us for this outcome and she had a strong contingency plan. The defendant changed residences and quit her job to avoid service. Eventually she was served, but then she failed to appear in court. She was ordered to produce our grandson but when she finally appeared it was without him. Jessica prepared a contempt motion which finally made the defendant see the light. Jessica and her team prepared a fair joint custody agreement that the defendant eventually signed after obtaining her own counsel. Jessica arranged for us to meet privately with our grandson in a conference room at the courthouse after the hearing on November 30, 2020. It was like Christmas came early. My son’s joint custody began on December 4, 2020. We were able to spend Christmas with our grandson and it was the best Christmas ever. Jessica was promptly and prepared at every hearing, she has responded to every question and she has truly been a top notch professional. I am a retired law enforcement commanding officer but I have never dealt with custody issues. All I know is if anyone needs help with a custody case Jessica Culver would be my number one recommendation. This is our first and only grandchild and to not be able to see him was agonizing. My family and I thank Jessica from the bottom of our hearts!!!

My Divorce

Attorney Jessica Culver processed my divorce .. She is an amazing attorney. She fulfilled everything I asked of her .. She made the process so easy and nonstressful. Kindest Lawyer Around!

I hired Jessica to create a complicated emergency post nuptial agreement, made even more complicated by my spouse also being an attorney. Jessica was my friend before she became my attorney, so when I found myself suddenly needing legal counsel, I knew right where to turn. Jessica was always willing to lend an ear, no matter how minor or major the question or concern, and was extremely compassionate as both my attorney and friend during a very difficult season of life. My entire experience with Jessica was exceptional, I never once felt as though I were an inconvenience or just another file on her desk. I went to Jessica because I knew she would get the job done without being a nasty woman (sorry Jess, couldn't resist!), but would stand up for me when it was called for. Jessica showed me that there can be humanity and kindness in law and still achieve the desired outcome, something we could all stand to be shown.

Amazing!

Jessica is hands down the best! She truly cares about her clients and it shows. She tells it like it is, but in the best way. She was able to work out what needed to be worked out within the needed timeframe. Always listened to what I wanted, responded to multiple emails, no matter how small, etc. I can't say enough nice things about her! So happy I hired her to work with.

Outstanding Results

I have to say that coming into an attorneys office after having things not go your way the way first really created a lot of doubt Inn our legal system, and the importance of fathers rights. Mrs Culver results not only led to me satisfaction, and trust, but also led my ex wife actually giving primary custody to my children.
